Eligibility
The MDJGT is open to boys and girls who have not reached their 19th birthday or started college by July 28, 2008.
Entry Deadline
All entries must be received at the Kentucky Junior Golf Foundation office by Friday, May 4, 2008. We will not accept telephone entries. FAX or copied entries will not be accepted. You will receive a confirmation letter in the mail to show that you have been accepted into the particular events you requested.
Refunds
You may call or write the Kentucky Junior Golf Foundation office ONE WEEK prior to an event to receive a refund. Any entries that are alternates into an event will also receive a refund if they do not get into that particular event. A $10.00 handling fee will be charged.
